Your own completely private golf simulator. Equipped with a fully accessible handicap restroom, air conditioning, golf training aids, and so much more. Bring your own food and drinks if you'd like. After booking, you’ll receive a one-time entry code 10 minutes before your reservation. The code will remain active for the duration of your session. Please leave the space as you found it to ensure a great experience for the next guest.

The Performance Pass Membership

The Performance Pass brings golf and fitness together in one all-access membership. Created in partnership with Eagle Fitness & Training, this membership gives you full access to the gym next door while also including 10 hours of golf simulator credits every month at Flatiron Fairways.

Your 10 monthly golf hours can be used to practice, play full rounds, compete, or simply enjoy the simulator. Once your included credits have been used, Performance Pass members continue to save on every booking with $5 off every hour, every time. That brings the member rate to $30/hour during off-peak hours (Monday–Friday before 4 PM) and $40/hour during peak hours (weekday evenings and all weekend). 2 active reservations at a time.

Along with your Flatiron Fairways benefits, you'll receive an all-access membership to Eagle Fitness & Training, giving you the ability to train in the gym and work on your game under one convenient monthly membership.

At $250/month, the Performance Pass is built for golfers who want to play more, train more, and get more value from both facilities.

Getting Started: After purchasing your Performance Pass, you’ll receive an email from msmith@eaglefitnesstraining.com with everything you need to activate your gym membership and get set up with full access to the facility.
